Blessings unknown but to the faithful and the pious who enjoy them. O my brethren in Allah, be pious and demonstrate patience. For the patient are rewarded without account.

         One day, somebody said to [Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas]. "Your prayers are always responsed by Allah All-Mighty and you used to pray for others. Why then don't you pray Allah to give you back your sight?"… He said: "Allah's fate is better for me than regaining my sight. For the rank of the satisfaction is better than that of the patient." satisfy is never attained but by those whom Allah granted a complete faith and great deal of patience.

 

           Once Sa'd asked the Prophet (pbuh): "Who are the most inflicted people?"… the Prophet (pbuh) answered: "The prophets. Then it goes from the best to the good. The test man stands depends on the degree of his faith. If man's faith is weak, his test will be as such and if his faith was strong, his test would be as such. Tests are to inflict man until he walks on earth without any single sin".

           Good be for those who stand Allah's tests in this life!...The Prophet (pbuh) used to talk a lot to his Companions about the reward of the inflicted people in this life and their high ranks from Allah… The Prophet used to tell them: " If Allah All-Mighty loves people, He tests them with inflicts". After the Prophet's death, the Companions used to consider the inflictions they faced as a good sign. What is more is that if any of them was not inflicted with any bad thing, like an illness, a loss in  trade  or  the  death  of  one of his sons for
